The apartment building is located in a quiet neighborhood of the “Nordend” just north and in walking distance of downtown. Traditionally, the „Nordend” has been a burgeois neighborhood because of its proximity to downtown, the quiet tree-lined streets and the generous layout of the apartments. The many bistros, shops and restaurants have recently more and more young professionals, artists and bankers. To the west is the Holzhausen area, one of the most exclusive living quarters. To the east there is the popular Berger Straße with many more shops and restaurants. Nonetheless, there is a bio-grocery shop at the corner and many restaurants and shops as well.
